Meet Adrienne Osborne

Adrienne Osborne is the founder of The Threshold Co., where she offers coaching, care, and resources for individuals and organizations navigating life’s transitions and spiritual formation.

An ordained minister, educator, and nonprofit leader, Adrienne brings more than a decade of experience in pastoral care, nonprofit program development, education, and community leadership. She has served congregations, launched support programs for women in transition, led national nonprofit networks, and taught students of all ages.

Adrienne holds certifications as a yoga instructor (YTT-200) and compassion fatigue educator, and she is currently completing her Master of Theological Studies at McAfee School of Theology. Her work is grounded in a holistic, trauma-informed approach that integrates spiritual care, emotional well-being, and practical support. She is passionate about creating safe spaces where people can heal, grow, and rediscover a sense of wholeness.

Beyond her professional work, Adrienne enjoys community involvement, including service on nonprofit boards and participation in national ministry cohorts focused on adaptive leadership. She resides in Bristol, Tennessee, where The Threshold Co. continues to grow as a resource for rest, reflection, and renewal.
