What is it?

Compassion Fatigue Education is a trauma-informed, research-based framework designed to help clergy, educators, and ministry leaders understand the cost of caring and build sustainable, life-giving systems of service.

Rooted in the work of Dr. Charles Figley and the Figley Institute, this training equips leaders to identify secondary trauma, prevent burnout, and cultivate post-traumatic growth within themselves and their teams.

🕯️  Bereavement & Grief Coaching

What is it?


Compassionate 1:1 support for those navigating loss through death, relationship endings, identity shifts, or spiritual transitions. This coaching honors grief’s complexity while gently supporting healing and integration through reflection, ritual, embodiment practices, and meaning-making.

Includes:

1:1 grief coaching for death loss, identity grief, or spiritual loss

Integration of ritual, embodiment, reflection, and gentle movement

Grief journaling tools, supportive yoga practices, and safe processing space


🧘‍♀️  Yoga for Grief & Grounding

What is it?


Trauma-informed, spiritually spacious yoga to support emotional regulation, grief processing, nervous system healing, and leadership embodiment. These sessions help clients reconnect to their bodies safely — offering physical grounding alongside emotional and spiritual care.

Includes:

Trauma-informed, spiritually-sensitive yoga

Private sessions, group classes, or retreat integration
