My approach to care is grounded in presence, deep listening, curiosity, and compassion. I do not believe people need to be fixed; I believe they need to be met. My work is shaped by a conviction that faith and mental health belong together, and that healing often happens slowly, within safe and honest relationships.

Alongside pastoral care, Threshold Co is also a home for my writing and reflections shaped by theology, lived experience, and the questions that arise when faith meets suffering and hope.

Meet Rev Adrienne Osborne

My name is Rev. Adrienne Osborne, and I am a pastor, writer, and educator. I bring together pastoral care, compassion fatigue education, and trauma-informed yoga as additional ways to support the whole person.

I have over a decade of experience in ministry and nonprofit work and have spent much of that time walking along side individuals and communities navigating pain, burnout, faith shifts, and profound change. Whether through conversation, movement, or teaching, my work is rooted in deep listening and compassion.

I was ordained to Christian Ministry in 2025, and am currently completing a Master of Divinity at McAfee School of Theology. My pastoral work has included congregational care, teaching, leading worship, and creating spaces where people can tend both their spiritual, physical, and emotional lives.

I am especially drawn to accompanying people through grief, faith shifts, moral injury, and seasons of profound change.

Background

I grew up in East Tennessee in a family and church that nurtured a deep love for God and community. Even before I had words for it, I sensed a call to walk alongside others in their pain, their questions, and their becoming. Over time, that call has taken shape through ministry, nonprofit work, and theological study.
